Newest newbie
Hi everyone,
I read a lot of PE on this forum, and I started practising 4 days ago this newbie routine. Since then I believe my erectile dysfunction has improved a lot. No more morning woods and surprise woods during the day.
Before I started I was 5.5’ BPEL, but surprisingly I measured on the fourth day and was 6.6’. I know this sounds little bit impossible but the truth is I was measuring after PE. So it doesn’t mean anything but shows me the potential that I can go if I stayed loyal to the PE exercises. But one thing I need to work is the girth, and it is 3.3’ EG, and after exercises it was 3.5` so again I see the potential also here.
And my goal would be 7” BPEL and 4.5” EG.
I just wanted to share, if anyone have some suggestion how I can this tiny beast unleash to full potential feel free to advice.
