Hey people,

Being reading the forums for quite a whilst now and quite enjoy reading about peoples gains, losses and mistakes; as we can all learn from other people and different tried and tested methods!

Now moi;
I’ve been ‘practising’ PE for about 2 months on / off, done pumping and jelqing in the past but have turned to hanging recently as it’s slightly easier and finding better gains!

Stats:
BP FL: 4”
NBPFL: 3-4”
FG(base): 3”
FG(top): 2.5”

BPEL: 5.6”
NBPEL : 5”
EG(base): 5.5”
EG(top): 4.8”

Aim:
FL: 6”
FG: 5”
EL: 7.5”
EG: 6.5”

Questions:

1. Having sex whilst doing PE; does having sex on the same day or day after affect gains or performance during sex. Just started a new relationship and we’ve being banging for about one month now; haven’t been doing me PE as much due to fear of it interfering with my sex life..

2. IGF / Test Gel; I’m a bodybuilder and would use low to moderate doses of steroids on cycle, I’ve seen test gel mentioned for girth increases when applied to the penis - any evidence / experience? Also anyone tried IGF injects in the penis - also read about this but quite dubious about it :P

1. Do a search, I don’t know where the post is, but there’s a huge one on the subject.

2. Since site injections of test don’t promote growth, the penis is no different.
However, IGF, I can’t remember his name, but someone here has been doing some chemical experimenting.

I’m with Ivan, there is a huge thread on masturbation/sex effecting gains. My search function isn’t working real well at the moment, or I would give you a link.

Use the key words, masturbation effect gains and you will get a bunch of hits. But a quick answer is no, having sex will not hurt your gains. Enjoy.

The masturbation vs. gains thread is now “stuck” to the top of the first page of the Main Member Forum.That should make it easier for everyone to find. I’m amazed that DickieC hadn’t seen it before. The subject has been brought up a dozen times since he became a member.

Well, tried PE before sex last night about 3-4 hrs before.. All I can say is wow, couldn’t keep the wee fella down and convinced I shot more than normal too :) !

The androgen topic is kinda mixed so only thing to do is to try it myself!
Also going to try some IGF shots but going to be very careful and use small amounts.

PE exercises work very well for many of our members. You do have to be persistent and dedicated to see results. There’s no “easy fix” for this.

I have to ask: are you so desperate for gains that you’ll stick needles in your dick or put extra testosterone in your system (risking a shutdown of your natural testosterone production) to make it bigger? Why not give manual PE exercises a good solid three month trial before going to extreme solutions that, in reality, have not been proven to make anyone larger?

Mmmm, good question.

It’s not so much desperate for gains as I satisfy my GF very well, it’s just more from a Bodybuilding background as at present I’m on cycle so adding this things into the equation is already part of my training routine just wanna see if the gains speed up. Oh and I know there’s no easy way, just hard training and work; only looking for a way to ‘cement’ or aid the healing process so that I’ll keep my gains!

Plus, as I know there’s a good few bodybuilders on the site it’ll be a good experiment and I’ll try and run a complete diary with progress on different techniques.

In the past I pumped for about 5-6 months on/off and have gained about 1” girth permanently from when I started! That was about two years ago.

2. Please do not use external (like creams/ lotions) or internal (infusion, tabl.) Testosterone it will fuck up your endocrine system; the extra testosterone will inhibit (as a neg. Feedback loop) the leydig cells in your test to lower your natural testosterone production and with short time you will see your balls shrink, especially avoid this if you are under 22 year of age.

Don’t worry about this, I’ve used steroids for quite a while so know how to ‘restart my balls’ lol with hcg and clomid. Just introducing the gel as I’m able to get off my source cheap; and it’ll help stabilize my test blood levels during my cycle!
