No burn for every jelq but sore after workout

Every time I have gained, I have felt a burn or stretch below the glans. However, now I don’t feel any stretch but after my workout I feel the burn, I have a post workout pump and red as all hell. I was just wondering if you HAD to feel the burn during and after the workout to gain or is just after the workout sufficient.

I tend to feel a high amount of heat when i jelq really slowly(10 secs) and sometimes i have some soreness or redness after my workout but nothing too bad.

I don’t feel any burn. Never had, perhaps the grip is to tight and your not using enough lube. Unless your dry jelqing? Or do you mean warmth?
