Hey guys,

I’ve been trying different kinds of PE for a few years on and off, with no lasting effects. Only temporary larger flaccid hang and discoloration.

I have now started clamping.

One thing that I have been thinking about is that I have never, ever experience any fatigue. I could probably clamp for hours on end (10 min sets) without fatigue. The same goes for hanging.

What do I do about this? Is this a factor to consider?

You’re not super likely to feel fatigue from clamping. When people feel fatigue it’s often to do with the ligaments.

What weights have you used and what direction do you hang?

It might help to have a more complete understanding of what your PE has entailed since you started. It might be that you’ve simply been hardening your dick by not applying enough force early on and not increasing it quickly enough but that’s great at making your dick more resilient to stress.

I’ve tried moving up in weight slowly, but also more quickly. Last time, I went up to 10kg (22 lbs) over the course of 6-7 weeks (after a 2 year “decon break”), but I still had no fatigue whatsoever. It literally felt like I could have doubled the weight, but I wouldn’t dare to do it. I feel there’s the steel cord issue.

What direction do you hang?

What did you do before hanging? What’s your PE history.

10kg isn’t that much weight. If you have a vac hanger, it’s about all you can do. You’d need a compression hanger to go higher.

Yeah, I do have a compression hanger. I’m hanging BTC - almost always. I tried jelqing a few years back - that’s about it. It just feels like my penis is extremely durable or something.

Hows the erection? I don’t think you need to feel “fatigue” with clamping. You observe your erections. Search in the forum “erections”. Theres a post that says it all.

Erection is so-so. I don’t get any morning wood when clamping, but I get a better erection overall.

It’s very hard to give you any advice when the information you provide is so minimal but here goes.

If you aren’t applying heat, start doing that, through your entire routine. Add jelqing to your routine. It helps to stress the penis in multiple directions.

Try hanging SD and increasing the weight at a reasonable pace over time.

Fatigue isn’t a requirement for growth but if you aren’t getting growth then something needs to change.

If increasing weight doesn’t help try hanging with a fulcrum. Fulcrums reposition the stress and attack the tunica more. Yes this is ignoring the potential of ligaments but you’ve tried that already.

Take really good measurements and change tack after a month or at most two of no growth. If you see minor growth within a month continue on that path and consider how you could improve it.

If none of that helps try taking a long break and starting back with manual exercises.
