No feelings of painsoreness after first sessions

No feelings of painsoreness after first sessions

Hi again,

Sorry to be a pain (I am using the search function let me assure you - otherwise I would have posted 100-200 threads!)

I have now done two sessions of the newbie routine.
Just wondering, should I expect to feel sore or tired or anything after the first sessions?
Last night was the first and I felt no tiredness or soreness in that area following the session nor today at all or following my 2nd this evening.
It just feels as though I haven’t done anything at all. But I also felt that I was doing the stretches and Jelqs with adequate force.
Should it feel like it has had a workout??

Thanks again

Also,

I have read that following the workout for flaccid penis should be engorged to some extent.
After both mine so far my penis has hung around the smaller size of its normal flaccid range (but I wouldn’t say turtling).

It’s difficult though as my flaccid penis varies hugely depending on numerous factors. Can be 3 inches in cold or 5’5ish when fully relaxed and warm (but not hot).

You aren’t shooting for soreness. You’re shooting for growth. And for me, when I feel sore, that tells me I overdid it.

Take it easy and listen to your penis. It’s a marathon.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Some guys need to push it to the very start of feeling a teeny bit sore to get gains. For others pushing it to that point pretty much guarantees no gains. If you are the first guy going lite and you at least are learning PE and how to listen to your penis. If you are the second going to heavy risks injury and conditions your unit to not gain.

That is why we always advise erring on the side of to little to start with.

Same thing with being engorged Vs. turtleing after a workout. Some guys react one way, some the other. Once you know how you react to a good workout you can use it as a measuring stick.

I have to agree with WantToBeThick. I rarely felt sore after a workout and when I did it was very minor at the base of the penis only. I also found that I was a less is more person. You only get one dick in life, don’t try to aim for soreness in my opinion. You probably already have but look up physiological indicators (sp?) and monitor these. When these are good slowly up the game and continue to monitor. Soreness does not equal growth in my experience.

Agreed. I’ve only been at this for 2.5 weeks now, but I have much harder (and more frequent) erections, better flaccid hang (which does depend on temperature, humidity, etc), and a “veiny-er” look. These are all signs that I’m on the right track. And for the record, I haven’t yet experienced any soreness.

Started (6-10-12) BPEL: 7.000", NBPEL: 6.0" EG: not certain

Current (10-20-13) BPEL: 7.75", NBPEL: 6.375", EG: 4.875"

Goal: NBPEL: 7.5", EG: 5.5"

Thanks for the helpful advice guys.

I will keep an eye on the physiological indicators as suggested, particular in these first weeks and months when I am not expecting any gains.
Glad to hear the soreness is not necessarily a prerequisite for growth as I really feel I would need to put too much force in to achieve it.
