No Gains during newbie mean hard gainer?
Hey so I just finished my newbie routine of about 5 months. I had some minor length gains (mostly BPFSL). And some minor girth gains which actually subsided.. All in all what I’m getting at is does this mean I’m basically a hard gainer, or is this common?
Has anyone not Gained much or anything during their newbie routine, but had solid gains afterwards? Thanks for answering!
