Questions regarding relation between newbie gains and EQ
When I started thinking about it I got to thinking that the “newbie” gains some people seem to have within a couple of weeks might be an increase in EQ.
If like me, you started out with just about a 10 in EQ then these newbie gains might be diminished a bit. The thread I read about this talked about higher EQ and lower Flaccid Stretched lengths being related to tunica restrictions.
If this is the case, what exercises should a person that is about a month in on the newbie routine be focusing on after the 3 month mark?
Another question I have is whether or not to hold fast at the current intensity for the full three months, or is it custom when not seeing gains to increase intensity slowly until gains are made?
Lastly I was wondering if there were any sort of head wrap or sleeve available (possibly meant for hanging) that would to well for stretching manually. I’d like something I can put on to pull at to create a stretch rather than forming a grip. I’m getting better at the grip, but my glans aren’t very big, so it requires a good bit of force. I’m worried I might damage something but it could just be paranoia.
