No gains manual PE

No gains manual PE

Been on and off 1yr manual PE and have been consistent 3 months since last year but still do not see visible gains.

Flaccid seems lengthier.

At what point you will consider switching to other routine / methods?

I’m thinking if I should stick to it or change to hanging.

Did you take measurements? Both initial and actual?

I’m asking that because if it’s from solely POV, then you’ll see no gains ever. I’ve only noticed gains from my own POV after gaining 2 inches, and even then, I only noticed it when I wank, because my hand now never goes down from half the shaft. While back in the day, it used to cover most of it.

I switched from the newbie routine (manual) to pumping in my first year. It may be a safer choice than hanging at first. Get to know the feelings of tension slowly so you don’t get hurt. With a proper pump you can release vacuum instantly to avoid injury. Hanging is a bit more committed to removing the gear.

Use very mild vacuum at first if you choose to pump.

I used bone pressed measurement and the length did not change
Flaccid might just be temporary increased after PE

Do you mean one of those vac vacuum hanger?

Think I will try hanger by May if nothing changes.

You could try low weight hanging, like 2lb max. Then work your way up without pushing the boundaries.
