No Gains
I started out a little over 5 weeks ago, and have no gains, maybe 1/16 in girth, only because I can get my dick so expanded now.
I have been doing 2 on 1 off:
Warm wrap
4 30 sec holds in all downward angles
2 min Jai stretches SD
2 min V stretch
4 30 sec holds straight up
warm wrap
10 min jelqing
hot shower and kegels—I do kegels all fucking day as well!
All that and no gains, I think I need to hang and use monty’s PE weights? What do you guys think? I might just take a 5 day break because I saw some guy’s pic’s who had gained, and gained again, and then took a 5 day break and made a 1/4” gain, and this was after only 39 days of PE total.
Please give me some input.
