No Gains

I started out a little over 5 weeks ago, and have no gains, maybe 1/16 in girth, only because I can get my dick so expanded now.

I have been doing 2 on 1 off:

Warm wrap
4 30 sec holds in all downward angles
2 min Jai stretches SD
2 min V stretch
4 30 sec holds straight up
warm wrap
10 min jelqing
hot shower and kegels—I do kegels all fucking day as well!

All that and no gains, I think I need to hang and use monty’s PE weights? What do you guys think? I might just take a 5 day break because I saw some guy’s pic’s who had gained, and gained again, and then took a 5 day break and made a 1/4” gain, and this was after only 39 days of PE total.

Please give me some input.

I think you can add 5 more minutes to you jelq routine for a week and after that add 5 more for a total of 20 minutes jelq time. I think 20 minutes is pretty much optimum for starting to see good results.

Do you wet jelq? I think that is most effective, at least for me.

I have been going for near on four months, with no gains. My dick gets bigger because I can pump more blood into it though.

I have been doing the newbie routine and three hours a day with the penimaster.

I now think I am ready to hang, and am waiting for my second hand bib hanger to get to me. I dont think you will be ready to hang yet though.

Yes I wet jelq, I thought most length gains would be from the ligs i.e. stretching?

Instead of twice a day, consider going to more days on. Even 6 on 1 off. What you are trying to do is expand your cock and then permanently change its size memory. The fewer days you take off, the less time it has to go back to its old size memory and more exercise days drives home the new size memory.

Stick to just once a day though.

Maybe I am just a hard gainer, I am hoping to get .5” lenght in 2 more months.

My mentor theskyisthelimit gained REALLY fast, so I might be a little disillusioned about normal gains?

I didn’t see results until my third month. I suggest you do what Gprent says and be patient.

And if that doesn’t work, try doing 1 on/1 off for a month.

For some people less is more.

I would also made some more time doing stretches. Also, from my experience, I’ve learn that doing warm up AND warm downs during stretch routines are really important.

GOF, I have a *feeling* - only a feeling, mind you! - that gaining more slowly initially may actually be *preferable* to gaining more quickly at the outset and then hitting a ‘wall’. In an ideal world I guess we’d gain consistently, even if it was only 0.05in/month (= 1” in 20 months).

Looks like we started out pretty much the same day by the way; so far I reckon I have gained a little in all directions, but I have been stretching like crazy for up to a few hours/day (yes, overdoing it, yes I know!). Five on/two off is what I’ve settled on, with weekends off (other than some very light stretching to keep it all elastic). I have decided to put the ruler away until Christmas, by then it will be a full three months and I’ll be able to measure any real gains by then I hope!

I think people who gain fast will have a harder time cementing gains.

I am starting a the same routine with an extra 5 min jelqing, and after 2 weeks I am gonna step it up to 20. 6 on 1 off. Going to take gprents advice.

Good luck on your gains! Some people just need a little extra boost in their PE. Maybe try taking something which will increase blood circulation?
