I have a problem when it comes to gaining Girth (but Iā€™m not new to PE).

So here is my Story..

I started PE in august 2018. I was lacking in girth that’s why I started. After 7months of PEing I noticed that I didnā€™t gain girth in the last 3 months so I decided to stop jelqing , SSJā€˜s and bathmate. And only focused on bundled stretches for my tunica for 3months. I started once again with a newbie routine, because I didnā€™t wanted to cause any damage to my member (Did it for 1 month).
I gained again. In October I tried out clamping and OMG what an expansion. I did 5x5x5 every day (when I could get 95% or more erect).
I could clamp myself up from 13cm to 15cm with no fluid build up. I hurt myself after 3-4 weeks because I rushed things (damaged nerve - very uncomfortable). So I paused for 2 weeks but still after 4 months I am not getting to 15cm with less then 10 rounds?? And Iā€™m really putting pressure on it.

I really hope someone can help me gain girth again.

My Stats:
17,5cm x 13,5cm

You started off right…you made a pretty big mistake when you started intensely clamping every day. You are causing damage doing intense clamping every day. There is so much information out there about all of this, you really should have done more research.

Since I have started actually pe’ing Ive never solely focused on girth so I am no expert, but I would say you need a full decon break. 6-12 weeks. Continue clamping like this and not only could you prevent any future girth gains but there’s a possibility you could caused irreparable damage.

Start : 7 BPEL, 4.8 mseg

Now : 8 BPEL, 5.43 mseg, 8.375 BPFSL

Thanks for that quick reply & I will do a decon break thatā€™s for sure but what should I do after that?

i gained over one inch in girth, though it took over four years, as a result of a fairly aggressive pumping routine.

What do you think was the reason that it took that long & did you made any severe mistakes?
What exactly was your routine?

But still congrats that you gained an inch in girth thatā€™s awesome ;)

I pumped for twenty minutes at 5 hg twice a day, five or six days a week. I also pumped for 45 minutes at 4 hg once a week. I had no issue with gaining 1/4 inch a year. Plus over one inch in girth doesnā€™t involve making mistakes.

Any suggestions for gaining girth with just your hands? I need to do so for privacy reasons. I have been doing the horse squeeze method for the past week. I havenā€™t gained fromnjelqing and Iā€™ve been jelqing on and off for years

Do you stretch?

If not then bundled stretches might work.

Yes I do basic stretches in all directions. Mostly downward , outward though.

The way I prefer to gain girth is using a penis pump. It’s not much slower than clamping, it’s easier, and it doesn’t come with the side effects or injuries of clamping.

Just give bundled stretches a try theyā€˜ll work your tunica very well.

You simply twist your dick and then pull it to the side,front,up,down.

Like a normal stretch routine.

But not to hard you donā€™t want to hurt yourself.
