I started PE in the beginning of August 2018. Just slowly got into a jelling routine, gradually getting more serious. Well, after a month and a half I gained a quarter inch girth! I was ecstatic!

So the at the beginning of November I started the newbie routine in earnest. Heat, stretch, jelq and more heat. I’ve kept my quarter inch girth gain, but have seen no length gain. I’m really after girth, but from everything I’ve read here at Thunder’s length usually comes easier/faster.

I know girth gains take a long time, but do anyone think that length will come also?

Sept ‘17: 5-3/4” BPEL X 4-1/8” MSEG

Now: 6-1/2” BPEL X 4-5/8” MSEG

My routine now is:

5 minutes heat

7 minutes manual stretch

3-5 minutes heat

12-15 minutes jelq/squeeze

5 minutes of heat

For 3 weeks in December I tried all day, loose cock ring. I started getting some weird pains. Nothing major, but didn’t like the risk vs. Reward.

I have a pump I don’t use very often. It has a setting, where it pumps for 10-15 seconds and then holds the pressure for 1 minute, and repeats 10 times. I don’t know what pressure. Do you think that will help length or girth?

2/17/20-BPEL-7.125” MEG-5”

Pumping doesn’t help you when you are a newbie, the opposite happens. You can raise a little the stretching time if you want length and just be petient.

I will put the pump away and increase stretch time to 10 minutes. Thanks for the advice!

Do you need so much heat?

I do a 5 minute wrap then 5-7 minute stretch followed by 10-14 minute Jelq. If I have time I will put 30 minute edging in at the end. Should I also heat wrap in middle and end?

Heat makes easier to stretch tissue. I suppose we can lose additional heat quite fast, so it might have sense to reapply. It should be better to keep 40°C+ and sometimes people use heat lamps for that.

But i don’t know if we can get too much of heat. Basically, to stretch penis so much it actually makes more harm.

Just coming back into thunder’s here after yet another hiatus. But from reading the start of your journey you’ve had an awesome start in gaining just your girth!

P.S. Also just noticed that you said jelqing in your routine but I’m curious if you mean just normal/standard jelqing or the other form of it?

Thanks! Once I gained the quarter inch, it only made me want more.

I did sort of add a jelq squeeze to my normal jelling. I do a normal jelq, around three seconds with one hand. Once I reach the glans, I squeeze at the base with the other hand , and hold for a couple seconds before starting the next jelq.

I think it helps.
