No morning wood

Anyone else here that can’t remember the last time they had consistent morning wood? I’ve done 8 weeks of the newbie routine and it doesn’t seem to make a difference… I had rare morning wood before PE so this didn’t just start happening. just wanted to see if I was the only one.

Am I doing something wrong? No pain or discomfort happens when I do PE (maybe a little strain on stretching every now and then) but that’s it.

I take prescription sleeping pills every night, my overall health is kind of crappy. I don’t eat that well and I barely ever exercise. Is that part of the problem?

Any kind of Rx sleep aid is going to mess with morning wood and most likely EQ. But if you aren’t taking care of your health then your penis is the least of your troubles.

Yes.

Under bad habits the body starts to slowly alter its functions, leaning towards the promotion of diseases instead of well being.

I’m 31. I’m 5’10 and 155 pounds, so I’m far from fat. I’m a touring musician and I’m out of town almost half the year. Very difficult to eat healthy and exercise on the road. Especially on a tour bus, you exercise somewhere and then have to walk all the way to the venue and find the showers… remember to bring your own shampoo… it’s a pain. And what’s worse, if you’re in a crappy city in the south, like Birmingham, the only thing available is often a KFC and Waffle House… etc. That’s not an excuse, there’s always a way, but that’s how it was so easy for me to get into this lifestyle.

Duly noted, though. I do watch porn maybe 3x a week when I’m in town. When I’m not I usually don’t need it.

You’re still a kid BluesGuy. Diet-wise, you could check some of the Superfoods sources out. Pratt’s 14 superfoods. Shop at the farmers markets and fruit and veg joints along the way. You Must be living the dream though! Good on ya!
