No Morning Wood
Hey guys, I’m new to the whole PE thing as I started mid December 2018. I picked up a variation of the newbie routine where I do 27 stretches for 20 seconds each, 200 jelqs, and kegels all while I’m taking a hot shower. I would do this 2 days on and one day off. A little over a week ago I noticed considerable soreness in my penis when doing my exercises, namely the jelqs, so I started doing one day on and one off for the meantime. I didn’t notice any improvements in soreness and also noticed that I wasn’t getting morning wood anymore. For about a week I haven’t being doing any PE exercise in hopes that my morning wood would return, but it hasn’t. Some things to note is that in the past two weeks I have started taking creative as a workout supplement, but from the research I’ve done I’ve found that it should have no effect on the situation I’m having. In the past, I would get morning wood essentially every morning, and I’m a young guy. Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.
