Hey guys, I’m new to the whole PE thing as I started mid December 2018. I picked up a variation of the newbie routine where I do 27 stretches for 20 seconds each, 200 jelqs, and kegels all while I’m taking a hot shower. I would do this 2 days on and one day off. A little over a week ago I noticed considerable soreness in my penis when doing my exercises, namely the jelqs, so I started doing one day on and one off for the meantime. I didn’t notice any improvements in soreness and also noticed that I wasn’t getting morning wood anymore. For about a week I haven’t being doing any PE exercise in hopes that my morning wood would return, but it hasn’t. Some things to note is that in the past two weeks I have started taking creative as a workout supplement, but from the research I’ve done I’ve found that it should have no effect on the situation I’m having. In the past, I would get morning wood essentially every morning, and I’m a young guy. Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.

Way too much work for a beginner. Take another week off and then go back and do half of what you were doing and monthly build up to it.

The good news is that this is quite normal when you’re just starting PE. The reason is because the tissues can be broken down faster than the time it takes for them to rebuild and expand, plus for the circulatory system to catch up.

The bad news is that if you still haven’t recovered fully after a week, you were definitely overtraining and thus you will need a longer recovery break because of how stressed out your penis is.

You can shorten the recovery time for PE by making sure you live a healthy lifestyle and have good nutrition.

PE is very similar to weight lifting in that the healthier you are, the faster and easier you will gain.

Okay, thanks guys, I will take another week off and see how I’m doing at the end of this time. Eventually I get back on it with a shorter routine.

Ok.. i think is happening with me too. I’ve done this with not so much consistency, and about two weeks ago, i’m doing it right. But.. i was doing it a little bit diferent than i saw in the videos available here, and when i started following this way, i dont have morning wood every day. But its like a day with the wood, and a day without. Then i’m experienced some soreness in my dick about 5 days now. That kind of soreness you have when you have kidney stones, in the urethra.
