No Results From My PE efforts

So I have not seen any results from PE. My flaccid hang is arguably better than it used to be most days, but that is it. I have what one would call a “stretchy” member.

Starting in March 2020 I began jelqing, pumping (20-45 min every other day @5 to 10 hg) and have even experimented with the QEP extender.

Mind you, prior to starting dedicated PE I was already 7.9 inches fully erect, but I feel that I should enjoy a level of success just like anyone else regardless. And I’m not. Even my morning wood if I get one Is lacking. I am 34, and I will admit I drink alcohol on a routine basis. Mind you, I take various herbs and supplements to promote cardiovascular health, and I also quit porn and cigarettes last year once and for all.

I am actually in therapy in part because of lack of results from PE. It drives me absolutely bonkers some days. Words of wisdom or encouragement would be appreciated.

Many of us are not that long and remain content. You are already greatly larger than average. Enjoy your current stats while you learn what techniques will allow you to grow more. My guess is this is not the root cause of your discontentment at this current time, and hopefully your therapist can help with that portion of your life.

How do you even have that conversation with a therapist? What does the therapist say? I’m speculating the therapist is male.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

What’s your routine ? Is it what you mentioned in the opening post ? For how long sessions do you pump at 5-10 Hg ( which is high pressure, and not a good thing to do ) ? You say 20-45 minutes of pump - divided into how many sessions, or up to 45 minutes in one go ? You may just be doing to much. No matter which size one starts with, every penis has the potential to grow an inch or two, giving it enough time and slow work. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

Whenever someone says they are not gaining, I ask them one simple question:

“Are you using heat?”

The answer is almost always no.
