Many guys here do their exercises in the shower, or while on the toilet. The great thing about the simplest PE exercises — manual stretches, jelqing, and so forth — is that they also require the least time to make gains. If you jelq and stretch furiously every time you take a dump or are sitting at the computer on the Internet (as you are now), you will likely make gains within a month or two. Hell, you can even do good manual stretches while driving.
