No time for PE Any suggestions

No time for PE Any suggestions

Between work, taking care of my kid and other various appointments that I have during the week, I can find almost no time to PE. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what I can do? Do I just need to suck it up and do it?

Yes, basically just make the time. I work 80 hours a week and I still find time. It just depends on how bad you want it.

Skip dinner & PE instead. Or PE under the table.

Honestly, studmuffin, there are some options (besides sacrificing your probably-already-insufficient sleep, or whipping it out at dinner).

Many guys here do their exercises in the shower, or while on the toilet. The great thing about the simplest PE exercises — manual stretches, jelqing, and so forth — is that they also require the least time to make gains. If you jelq and stretch furiously every time you take a dump or are sitting at the computer on the Internet (as you are now), you will likely make gains within a month or two. Hell, you can even do good manual stretches while driving.
