Hey all, I was curious what people have done when they stopped feeling ligament stretches from manual stretching.

I’ve been doing PE for close to a year, the last month or so I came back to manual stretching after a month off after a failing to master hanging (spent around 3 months trying to hang and then decided to just do manuals until I don’t have roommates).

The last month I have gained around 1/4 inch of length but the stretches have felt as though they are not doing anything anymore. Anybody have experience with this? Should I just continue stretching even without feeling much?

Currently my routine is Monday-Friday:
90 JAI stretches
9x30 sec SD
7x30 sec A stretches
7x30 low SO stretches- basically between a SO and SD (I found this angle to be the only one that I still have any noticeable lig stretch)
110 jelqs- adding 10 a week
10 Min pumping @ 5 Hg

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Just wondering if you tried 60 second stretches? Also, I think that V stretches would target the ligs better?

Try squatting while stretching straight down. I always found that position to feel very effective, but be aware, for me it was also easier to experience a lig pop and those are always a little freaky, but harmless.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

If you’ve gone back to stretching in the last month and gained .25” in that time frame, you’re obviously doing something right.

I’d keep doing your stretching routine at present, regardless of whether you feel like you’re stretching your ligaments.

What you’re doing is obviously working.

I’d stay with it.

If the stretching feeling is more in the shaft you should be happy.

Guys whats the point of targeting the ligs? Longer ligaments will only give you better flaccid hang. You may dont agree but its ok.

You want a longer tunica, thats why my advice is to raise the time to 2 mins each stretch. Dont focus so much on the force. The most important thing is time under tension.

Very good advice.

Lig stretches gave me 0.5 erect length.

I was doing longer hold stretches when I came back from hanging, might try to mix it up and do some more. Good idea. You are probably right about the v stretches although I have never had much luck with that stretch. Its hard for me to keep it totally flaccid for some reason when I do that stretch.

I tried the squat this morning, did feel pretty good. Will mess around with it some more and see how it helps, thanks for the feedback.

I should’ve said that on days with 10/10 EQ my length is about .25” longer. Lately my EQ is suffering from the stretching and porn addiction but if my EQ stays 10/10 for too long I don’t make any progress. I will take your advice and stick to the program and see if I can cement those gains and continue to gain, thanks for the advice.

I think that stretching the ligaments allows more of the interior penis to come out, causing BPEL to grow. At least that is what I have come to understand. I’ll throw in some more longer stretches and see how that goes, thanks for the comments.

Edit: I wanted to add that I do agree that you can still gain length from the tunica stretching by itself, also along with lig stretching.

Yeah, I think most of my gains (close to 3/4 inch on a good day) have been from lig stretches.
