Not feeling lig stretch anymore
Hey all, I was curious what people have done when they stopped feeling ligament stretches from manual stretching.
I’ve been doing PE for close to a year, the last month or so I came back to manual stretching after a month off after a failing to master hanging (spent around 3 months trying to hang and then decided to just do manuals until I don’t have roommates).
The last month I have gained around 1/4 inch of length but the stretches have felt as though they are not doing anything anymore. Anybody have experience with this? Should I just continue stretching even without feeling much?
Currently my routine is Monday-Friday:
90 JAI stretches
9x30 sec SD
7x30 sec A stretches
7x30 low SO stretches- basically between a SO and SD (I found this angle to be the only one that I still have any noticeable lig stretch)
110 jelqs- adding 10 a week
10 Min pumping @ 5 Hg
Any feedback would be appreciated.
