Hello everybody.
I hope everypnes gaining and having a great time with their routine.

My situation is this:
For the last couple of months (6-7 months) i’ve tried to gain girth.
I had times when i was very consistent and i would have a strict routine that i sticked to.
and there were times where i just gave up and didnt do any PE or did light PE.
I didnt gain anything, beside a temporary 0.125” (at my best times when i sticked to a routine) that went away after a few days without PE.
I tried jelqing, pumping, manual exercise (light ulis combined with jelqs), a combination of everything.
there were times I did light routines and harder routines.

I looked for the positive PIs and indeed most of the time i had great EQ.
There were days that my cock was 12/10 EQ, i mean a hard rock hard erection literally like steel.

But, i didnt gain anything.

im now doing light clamping, 1 set of 7 minutes clamping (started with 5 two weeks ago).

im here to ask for your help guys because i cant understand why i dont gain.
I thought it may be because i dont include stretching in my routines and maybe my tunica does not allow expansion.

I would be glad to hear your thoughts on my situation.

How big is your flaccid girth comparing to erect? Do you see temporary girth expansion during exercise?


Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.

I gained over one inch in girth thanks to an aggressive pumping routine albeit took five years. I pumped for 20 minutes at 5 hg, twice a day and 45 minutes at 4 hg, once a week.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

flaccid mseg is 4.3”

erect mseg is 5”.

when i clamp i expand to 5.25” mseg.

I’m not very good adviser, because I haven’t gained much of girth myself. But I believe that is because you don’t have much of girth expansion during session. I can hand-clamp near base, do few kegels and get 0.25 expansion just with kind of veins and outer region building up in 10 seconds. I suppose for fast gains it should be at least 3/8 or even 1/2.

Do you use much of heat during routine?

What I think can work for me is high-pressure pumping, at 12-15HG I see decent expansion. The problem is, It needs very long conditioning to do without injury. Maybe with advanced clamping it’s possibly too, but it needs conditioning too.

If i pump for 40-60 minutes on 5HG, I can expand to 5.5” girth.

But thats mostly fluid in my opinion.

The real expansion happens with clamping.

It may be insufficient, try 5 series alternating with slow jelqs, 10 seconds each, finish with clamping, at least this has worked for me.

So you mean doing 5 times the sadsak slinky for 10 seconds each and between them or after all of them i should jelq?

Just my personal experience

Jelqing at a higher erection level and ULIs helped my girth overall

Have you tried Slow squash jelqs? I tried those in the past and they weren’t the best for me. Though they might help you

You start with slow jelqs for 5 minutes> sadsak slinky> jelq> sadsak slinky> jelq> clamp. The sadsak slinky works good on the tunica albuginea, which is the hardest structure, it’s a good combo. :)
