I have been PEing on and off for years with no luck. I will stick with it for around 2 months but get frustrated and quit. I have read the important threads on this site and I found them helpful but have yet to have any gains. Any advice at all would be great.

What exactly do you do for PE? You need to be more specific for some one to be able to give you advice.
