Observations On EQ
I’m 25 and I joined recently because I beat up my dick and was having ED issues. I want to tell everyone observations I had in getting it back - and I would say it is back near optimally now.
First I would say I had about a week where I didn’t do anything. I don’t know how much this helped in itself, but it may be important. I didn’t notice any change in spintaneous erections just from this.
Listed, in approximate order of helpfulness, I will go through the actions I took to get the best EQ response.
- Slowed down masturbation a lot and started using lube. I’m uncircumcised so I don’t have to, but it helped a lot with maintaining an erection. I have stopped using porn almost completely.
- I started flexing my IC muscle all day. What it felt like was trying to push a poop out of my penis. I know it sounds odd, but it helped with flaccid and my erections responded strongly to this. At all times, whenever I could remember, I would do this. It was often accompanied by a feeling of tensing out the lower belly. I think this was very important to my recovery.
- I took a stack of sups that are known to help circulation. Now sure how helpful they were themselves, but might be worthwhile. Yohimbe, aspirin, vitamin C, zinc, magnesium, and others.
- I very slowly incorporated gentle masturbation and jelqing as soon as I could, as soon as it felt like I didn’t have to “make” it happen. For me I think leaving it unused, which I had done for a couple weeks leading up to my problem, was an issue. I was careful and conservative with any force, but for me regular erections are a factor in improving EQ.
-Edging helped, but it seems hit or miss with how I respond. It seems after I reach a certain point of arousal, my penis “expects” ejaculation. Once I reach that point it seems like a better decision for EQ to do so.
I also want to share something about onions. Just got a bag of them yesterday and ate about a third of a raw onion. I held a >80% erection for nearly an hour talking to a girl over text, and when I ejaculated later it shot up to my chest (far for me). This was a very acute response, thus I attribute it to the onion at least majorly.
Doing these things I went from beat up and tired to probably the best EQ I’ve had in years within a few weeks. I probably also gained back the half inch I lost from EQ loss, infact I’m certain I have. Hope this is useful to someone who is as frightened as I was. :)
