Obvious PSA: Adding Heat Works
Hi everyone! This is my first post on Thunder’s, but I wanted to make a little PSA because I was so shocked at what happened today during my hanging session.
I am currently on my first cycle (third week) of “Hanging with FIRe” as outlined by 5.5squared. The first two weeks went well, but I really didn’t notice any differences at all, either to my BPEL or my BPFSL (though I did notice I was a bit fuller and bigger flaccid). I also did not notice any real difference between pre-hanging stretched length and post-hanging stretched length, as one would expect.
I am waiting for my heating wrap to come in the mail, which is why I am not currently using anything of the sort at the moment. However, knowing how much heat is spoken about on this forum, I figured that today during my hanging session I would turn on the fireplace (gas) and stand in front of it for my session as a form of external heat.
Well, I have to tell you, I was legitimately shocked at the results. Whereas before hand my pre-hanging and post-hanging FSL were about the same (5.25” or so), this time when I added heat, I measured my flaccid length (while the hanger was on!) at about 5.8-6.0”! I must tell you, this was a happy sight indeed, as I am now fully bought into using heat during my routines, and I am expectant for gains to come in the following months!
For my fellow newcomers: add heat!
Thanks so much, and happy gaining :)
