You can have the same gains with less effort/time.

I’ll definitely make sure I take it easy after this next little rest period. Thanks for all the help!

edit: one more question! how much pressure do people normally use when jelqing? I know its hard to explain via forum but any ideas are helpful.

Just thought I should update. I’ve been strictly jelqing with very, very light stretching and so far things are going great actually. I started with 50 jelqs, and I’m now around 55-60, depending how I’m feeling. But things are definitely looking up!

The absolute bare bones basics of PE? Do not break your penis.

As long as you follow that one basic rule you can keep tweeking your routine as you go. So stop breaking your pee-pee.

Good thread. I noticed after my first injury, that my unit is very sensitive now to. So this is all very good advice; I noticed I’m gaining but just cannot notice it much when I’m erect because of such terrible EQ. I already noticed I have to do much shorter sessions than what is advised to start at. Good luck with the PE, Airmail.

I remember one person on the forum explained how much grip as: “Use around the same amount of grip you would use when masturbating”.

I’m not sure how effective that would be, but at the time many people agreed.

Good luck to you too!

Ok as of right now, I’m doing 2 days on/ 1 day off. I’m jelqing around 75%, and the speed of the strokes are very slow. I’m doing around 75 jelqs right now, and I’m also just stretching for about 3 minutes. This may not be enough for gains yet, but so far I have a larger flaccid for the most part and more frequent erections. I’ll slowly keep increasing until I feel it is too much. I’ve also only been doing this light routine for maybe a little under two week, but I’m very happy at the way things are going thus far.

For guys with sensitives dicks, I think the trick is to drop your PE to a level where your EQ is being raised to a high level and keep you EQ high. As time progresses and your dick is able to handle more, you slowly add time (or jelques). As your jelques increase you will eventually hit a point where it is enough to cause growth. I think of it as a “breakover point”.

So, keep up what you are doing, and continue to slowly add jelques (every couple weeks or so) and watch and make sure you keep your EQ high, and you will eventually hit that “breakover point”. But in the meantime you have the great benefit of really high EQ which is almost as good as a bigger dick.

The other thing, is I am convinced frequent and hard nite wood is critical to gains. With high EQ, you have far more frequent nite wood and the hardness is greatly increased. I think it serves to “cement” the stretching you have done during the day. How could hard erections for hours each nite, NOT be helpful in gaining? When my EQ drops, one of the main things to go is my nite wood. I have never seen gains when EQ is low, and I would say that most guys out there, when their EQ is low don’t gain either. Conversely, almost EVERY guy that reports gains, also reports great EQ.

Give a read to my linked thread on EQ at the bottom of this post.

Don’t get discouraged. Try some different routines.

When jelqing, are you totally relaxed? I used to get the ‘hardness’ that you are talking about and it seems like my penis wanted to retract.

Before and after your session, try to spend some time massaging the penis and using very warm wraps with a wet cloth. Be relaxed. TOTALLY relaxed. Enjoy it :)

I’m finding out that being relaxed and actually enjoying the session seems to ‘feel’ better and work better than ‘attacking’ the penis and seeing it as a ‘workout’.

I wish I could rep you for this post. It is the most SPOT ON thing I have read in a long time when it comes to understanding growth. I quickly crossed into the overtraining, aka broken unit, aka not growing side of pe, and now am decon-ing so that I can take this approach from the start.
