3 purple spots on the glans. Again. No pain or anything. Exact same “injury” I had back in June. This time I’m positive it came from stretching. WHY is this happening. Perhaps I’m squeezing too hard on the glans when I stretch but otherwise I can’t get a good grip.

Considering there’s no pain, am I safe to continue? Last time I got these they took at least a week to go away.


Starting stats (5/9/18): NBPEL: 5.5" MSEG: 4.5" (with cock ring)

Short Term Goal: NBPEL: 6.3" MSEG 4.8"

Long Term Goal: NBPEL: 6.5" MSEG 5.25"

Some others may feel differently but I would say you are fine to continue your routine.

As for the why… what are you doing for a warm up?

I would believe you need to do a better or at a minimum, a longer warm up.

If your stretching you should be gripping below your glans not directly on them.

You would had better to take a break.
Next time warm up : 10 minutes minimum.
Stop squeezing just before the glans.

How is it possible to not touch the glans? It’s already hard enough to keep my grip (and I use baby powder).. I keep slipping, and if I don’t touch at least the first part of the glans, my skin from my shaft and scrotum just goes upwards and it just feels like I’m ripping the skin and not stretching the ligaments at all.

Please help.. I’m really tired of these unnecessary complications ruining my routine especially when I’m willing to put in the work.

My first thought is you are not warming up enough but if you are having issues with manual stretching then besides baby powder, I had much better success with a wrap of toilet paper. You need to replace/renew it every 5-10 minutes but that really isn’t a big deal.
There is also assisted stretching as an option. Not really needed or recommended but some have had success using a Length Master to help hold everything in place.

There are always options, don’t get too frustrated.
