Red and purple spots on shaft

Red and purple spots on shaft

Hey this was my first time jelqing 2 days ago and I just noticed that I have some red/purple spots on my shaft.. Is this normal after a jelqing? I did about 150 jelqs for my first time.

LSJ: About the fastest rate doing 150 jelqs would be about 10 minutes—a rather long time for you first jelqing session. (I do about 120 in ten minutes.) Most people use a slow 3 count. Point is, that it is better to do less at first. Spots like that indicate capillary leakage the problem of which can be helped by proper diet but also use of supplements to give nutritional support to your vascular system to which you have embarked to give it living hell for a while until your dick toughens up. Suggest: Vitamin B3 (Niacen), Glycine (Prop. L carnitine Hydrochloride), Rutin and Bioflavinoids from Citrus and, of course vitamins A, C, and E, ie, a multivitamin. The spots have gone away by now, I am sure, as will other little traumas.

No. Your grip was way too hard and / or you’re jelqing way too fast. Jelq really slow to prevent injury (starting out, maybe at least 3-4 seconds minimum per jelq, no faster than that).

Also make sure you’re only jelqing with a very partial erection.

Next time to less jelqs with less intensity. The fact that you have red & purple spots means you have internal bleeding—that’s bad news (obviously).

Anyway, I hope this advice helps—good luck with things.

Tiny little red/purple spots? As long as they dont hurt this is very normal for newbies. It is not necessarily a bad thing. It is caused by tiny capiliaries busting under the pressure that they’re not used to. As your penis becomes more conditioned the capiliaries will be able to take greater force and you’ll find this doesn’t happen anymore.

Not serious and won’t cause any long term harm. After a day or two they should dissapear entirely and you can resume jelqing again, perhaps take it a little easier next time though. Jelqs, ideally, should be 3 -5 seconds long, and as for quantity, just follow Important Newbie Threads/Info.

Not sure all the supplements are necessary at this stage of PE, but for overall good health they certainly won’t do any harm :)

The only question that remains is whether the spots are big or small.

Normal in the beginning.

Theres about 4 of those red/purple spots and they don’t hurt at all. They seem small, but only one seems to be pretty small. Looks like they faded a bit and it’s not as red. Hopefully this is just a PE “initiation”.
