Yes different pelvic floor muscles are responsible for different things. For instance, strengthening the BC will enable you to "clamp off" ejaculation (and improve ejaculatory control in general), whereas strengthening the IC will have a greater impact on your EQ. The PC wraps the anus and, to my knowledge, doesn’t have much importance for the male kegel (as opposed to the female kegel, where it is the focus of the exercise). I think as a general rule of thumb, however, you should just try to flex as many of these muscles as possible to get the maximum benefit.
