One month, my results
I have now been PEing for one month, following the newbie routine and have gained 1/2” which I see as being a fair result. However no girth gains have arrived yet.
My current routine
5 mins warm up
10 x 1 min stretches
10 mins Jelqing, might up this to 15
kegels
5 mins warm down
Questions does stress affect growth?
What do I add to routine to get girth growth?
Have told girlfriend, but no real difference to sex yet, I am small but luckily she is tight she does her kegels regularly. However I swear that the ex dumped me cause of size and claimed lack of chemistry. Still a long way till till i reach the 8x6. Sadly I think that most of my gains have been made as I have trimmed the hair round my Johnson.
