Wed-On
Thurs=Off
Fri-On
Sat-off
Sun-Off

Regime. I know rest days are obviously important but am I resting too much through these periods? It’s just Sat & Sun due to me working & going out I don’t have the time to have good Jelq session.

I’d love to do this routine myself, rather than the 2-on, 1-off that I currently do. I have a feeling, however, that if your rest days increase in number, the times when you do PE have to be a bit more intense than with less rest days. Is this a correct feeling to have, or not? Are numbers of rest days and intensity of PE workout an issue?

I only do my routine 4 times a week so that give me 3 day off. I thinks resting is important and everyone should have at least 2-3 days off a week especially if you are a newbie. I have been doing this 4 days on and 3 off for a while and seen good gains as opposed to when i use do it 5-7 day a week. So to answer your question i don’t believe that you are resting too much.

Only 3 days on? I’d say go for at least 4 days to start. Take Sat, Sun, & Wed off. Then you can add a workout on Wed in a few weeks and be doing a 5 on, 2 off routine, which a lot of people recommend

Personally, I like to have my week consistent so I take every Tues & Fri off. At least that’s the plan, but I’ll admit to taking extra days off during the week sometimes.
