Over doing it observations.
I have recently been reading of new members complaining of pain and soreness after just starting the newbie program.
My opinion is newbies should read this site for a couple of days before starting their PE program.
Make sure to watch as many of the videos as you can and read the injury forum to see what might lay ahead from overdoing it.
I am still a newbie myself and not even through my 1st month and let me say it is easy to overdo it.
I have been pretty conservative and still do well below the newbie program into my 4th week. And I have had to take a brief 2 day break
From overdoing it. And I don’t do over 100 jelgs per day.
I have had good gains from this conservative approach.
Thunder, I might suggest possibly a warmup to the newbie program. A couple of days of practice with minimum squeeze pressure and under 50 jelgs.
This might give newbies the idea that it’s not something to go full blast into.
Just a suggestion.
