So I had been hanging between the legs consistently for almost 6 months with almost no results. After learning of Bib’s LOT theory I decided to give it a try and learned I had a LOT of about 7. After some research I found over the shoulder might be a more effective way to increase length. Will this increase only my flaccid length or will it increase my BPEL as well?

My routine is this:
5 minutes of warming up with a rice filled sock
5 minutes of manual stretching, holding it for 30 second each stretch
3 20 minute sessions of hanging with a 10 minute break in between each session
50 jelqs
5 minutes of warm down with rice sock

Is this a good enough routine?? I’m currently hanging over the shoulder with about 9lbs and haven’t felt any fatigue yet. If I could get some feedback it would be greatly appreciated!

How you hang over the shoulder?

I have a loading pin that I put the weights on and have a long strand of polypropylene rope attached to the end of the loading pin. I put on and set my hanger then throw a towel over my shoulder as padding. Then I take the other end of the rope and attach it to my hanger. Put the rope over my toweled shoulder and lift the weight up with my legs. After each 20 minute session I switch shoulders.

Anyone have any thought? Or criticism? I’d like to know if what I’m doing is okay.

Is over the shoulder still something I could still do and would have any benefits? I’m looking to increase my BPEL more than anything. I feel fine in terms of girth and flaccid hanging my length is fine but BPEL is more of what I need I think.

I have been doing over the shoulder. I like it a lot. I feel a better stretch and fatigue than I did with BTC.

I haven’t started noticing much fatigue lately but it definitely feels a lot more comfortable the between the legs or BTC. I guess something I still need to learn or maybe don’t know is what exactly the best method to obtaining certain goals. Like what’s most effective for BPEL, what’s best for flaccid length, girth, etc.

The old school hangers believed to first stretch the ligs SD and BTC before going for the tunica.

I’ve been hanging SD and BTC exclusively for almost a year and will only change the angle when gains stop and my supporting ligaments are maximised.

It all takes time, patience and keep putting in the work.

Oh I had actually been hanging straight down and BTC for quite a while (maybe 8 months?) but saw absolutely zero gains. Not even an 1/8Th of an inch. When looking at the LOT theory and seeing my LOT be around 7 almost 6, I figured it meant my ligs had been stretched quite enough and maybe OTS could then start to show real gains.

I suggest you forget focusing on what is termed as real gains.

Keep on keeping on. Work daily on hanging, be patient, and gradually increase the weight.

Your cock will grow longer with hanging. Be consistent and don’t follow the “want quick results school of thought otherwise I give up”.

You chose hanging, which is the hardest, toughest form of PE on your cock and on your mind.

Never give up.

I will admit it’s been a bit discouraging not seeing any increase in length at all the past 8 months. But I know it’s a marathon and not a sprint so I won’t give up. Is 6 days on and 1 rest day a good schedule? And on the rest day is ok to still do stretches and jelqs?

I have gone as long as 7 months before with no measurable gains, this can happen. Assuming the six on one off does not prove to be too much, then I would recommend nothing on the rest day.

Ok well that’s good to know I’m not the only one! That’s a bit encouraging! My goal for now is to at least gain 1” of length. Hopefully I can get there years from now.

How is OTS working out for you? I read all your post and I agree 100% with you on ST and BTC.
