Over The Shoulder To Increase Tunica Gains?
So I had been hanging between the legs consistently for almost 6 months with almost no results. After learning of Bib’s LOT theory I decided to give it a try and learned I had a LOT of about 7. After some research I found over the shoulder might be a more effective way to increase length. Will this increase only my flaccid length or will it increase my BPEL as well?
My routine is this:
5 minutes of warming up with a rice filled sock
5 minutes of manual stretching, holding it for 30 second each stretch
3 20 minute sessions of hanging with a 10 minute break in between each session
50 jelqs
5 minutes of warm down with rice sock
Is this a good enough routine?? I’m currently hanging over the shoulder with about 9lbs and haven’t felt any fatigue yet. If I could get some feedback it would be greatly appreciated!
