Overdoing it
Hello guys.
I’m doing a routine now that I’m focusing length one day and girth the other day, then a break.
This is my girth program:
5 min warmup
20 Jelqs then I hold a Uli#3 for 3 min. This I do 5 times. (100 jelqs 15 min Uli #3)
5 min warm down.
Has any of you veterans held a Uli#3 for this long? Is this over doing it?
This is my Length program:
5 min warm up
4 min manual stretching to every side/up/down.
6 min inverted v stretch.
200 Jelqs (takes about 35 min)
5 min warm down.
Okay here are my questions. First of all, am I overdoing it? Has any of you veterans held a Uli#3 for this long? Is it better to cut down my routines in to smaller ones? If I do that will I gain that much then? I have been doing PE for about 2 months, but I have not been active. I’m going active now ;)
