Hello guys.

I’m doing a routine now that I’m focusing length one day and girth the other day, then a break.
This is my girth program:
5 min warmup
20 Jelqs then I hold a Uli#3 for 3 min. This I do 5 times. (100 jelqs 15 min Uli #3)
5 min warm down.

Has any of you veterans held a Uli#3 for this long? Is this over doing it?

This is my Length program:
5 min warm up
4 min manual stretching to every side/up/down.
6 min inverted v stretch.
200 Jelqs (takes about 35 min)
5 min warm down.

Okay here are my questions. First of all, am I overdoing it? Has any of you veterans held a Uli#3 for this long? Is it better to cut down my routines in to smaller ones? If I do that will I gain that much then? I have been doing PE for about 2 months, but I have not been active. I’m going active now ;)

Longest I have ever held one (ulis, horses) was like 50 seconds. And most times, it felt like my dick was splitting. So, I would definately say, 3 minutes is too long. 20 seconds or so would be better, I think. Length looks excellent, except that it has more jelqing than on you girth routine days. You should leave all jelqing to your girth days or girth sessions. Length days being mainly stretching.

Cutting down a routine would not neccessarily reduce your potential growth. If you are overstressing your dick from what you are doing now, it would most likely speed up your growth.

I been doing pe since March 29th. I am a professional at using ulis.

Oki Thx both painekillah and aom91, but I really want some length gains, is stretching best then? Inverted v-stretch? How long? Will ulis effect the length?

Do you just hold the Uli grip constantly? I would think that after 3 minutes the engorgement would subside and you would get discoloration.

I like to Uli and every 10 seconds kegel with a lessened grip. That keeps it at max pump and keeps fresh blood coming in.


Then: 6.75" x 5" ----> Now: 8.5" x 5.75"

There’s so many ways to about length that you just have to try different ways to figure it out. 15 minute inverted V-stretches is a good way. Uli’s: I doubt it. They may enlarge the glans which would give you a little more length but that’s a long shot.

Check out Hobby’s thread about discoloration and how he got rid of it (hint: real uncomfortably) - and he attributes his discoloration to the Uli’s. He attributes absolutely NO gains to uli’s.

Wow I did not know that ulis were so bad :S I’m going to stop doing them and just do my length routine 2 days on, 1 off. But what will cause most length gains, jelqing or stretch?

Stretch or jelq for length?

That does seem to vary from person to person, but a combination is probably your best bet.

Snalex - I jelq AND stretch in each session - also I take any chance I can get to stretch (manually). For example: the 10 minutes after I wake in the morning seems an ideal time to ‘stretch’.


01/OCT/2007: BPEPL: 7.00, Base Girth 5, Mid G: 4.5, Under glans G: 4.25.

01/NOV/2007: BPEPL: 7.25, Base Girth: 5.25, Mid G: 4.75, Under glans G: 4.50.

Ultimate goal: 8" x 6"

Oki but do you warm up b4 you strecth then? Do you stretch while lying in bed?
