P Shot Pumping Results

Asking long time pumpers.. Researching P shot / pumping results long term.. Anybody taken multiple p shots sessions (every 2months) and what where your results

If you review my p shot experiment under progress reports you will see what I did over multiple months. As for pumping, I followed the twice daily protocol, and ultimately eased to once a day, always with heat. I added Trimix via the doc’s office with the PRP too, and initially every other day after for pumping, but eased off as it was too many needles. If you use Trimix or similar, be very careful in pressure, though you will know from the pain, which I think is the tunica stressing from the internal pressure outward under vacuum. Care is required.
I personally do not think p shots alone offer too much growth, but are great for tuneup, function, etc. but we are all different!
