Pe After Surgery

Hi,

Quick question here. I just got out of an surgery 3 days ago with a terrible accident (NO PE RELATED) at the side of my head. Now I cant workout for 10 days after the surgery and only with light weights. Should I wait 10 days for PE because im afraid that I will lose some of my gains, or do you guys say dont be afraid just wait 10 days just to be sure. PE is not a workout but I somethimes sweat and this is no good im afraid. Also i cant use the heating system for 3 weeks so 11 days after I can PE again.

Though the two probably don’t conflict, I would err on the side of caution and wait it out.

I even think that 10 days decon/break is beneficial for future gains. If I were you, I would take a break. Better see that you get fit again.

I would doubke the break period and let my body heal completely.

No you won’t. If you lose anything in 10 days, you never really had it in the first place….

Right now is a time to heal your body. PE is a marathon. Taking 10 days off is literally nothing in the grand scheme of things.
