PE and Gains with Low Pain Tolerance
Greetings people. First thread I’ve ever started in these forums.
I’ve been into PE since the beginning of November of 2019. Thus far, I haven’t produced any gains yet. As the title may suggest, my William McJohnson isn’t all that receptive to stressing it out. I have begun this thread with the hope of hearing out the experiences of gainers who managed to earn their winnings, despite being incapable of maybe even “normal” routines.
I have attempted the Beginner Routine, anywhere from 20 minutes, to 30 minutes a day, for approximately 3 months. Jelqing seems to be an unfun activity thus far for Mr. 5inch, as it causes pain and soreness for the most part, as well as bad EQ all around the c(l)ock. I can only avoid that by limiting it to something like 50 jelqs a day, which is by most people considered insufficient. It didn’t produce any indication that something symbolizing “change” was happening down there, Positive PE indications and all. Stretching didn’t cause any pain, but due to permanent wrist issues, I had to take a break to ensure proper healing would ensue. Both on my hands, and in my pants. (I have ordered an extender though, so I am hoping to alleviate that issue.)
I have also became the owner of an electric pump a few months back. Despite proper warm ups, the pump, even at 10 minutes a day, at barely enough pressure that would equate to a cock-ring’s size increase, gave me similar issues. I used a 2-on, 1-off day period on both the beginner, and the pumping program. Disappointing erections, nonexistent morning wood, moderate amount of soreness and dull ache. Sometimes 1 day wasn’t enough, and I had to extend it to 2. At this point, my only option is to go as light as 5 minutes, and pray to some deity of endowment that it will suffice. That, or do it every other day, or every two days.
I was browsing these forums recently to find fellow posters that would share similar experiences. There were a few, but I had little luck finding a dedicated Low Pain Tolerance thread. So, I ask: Is there any other grinder who has had similar misadventures, yet managed to gain even with a super low intensity routine? Did you figure out some trick or exercise along the way that seemed to “fit” for your circumstances?
