TV weight loss nfomercial show gave me a idea for quick PE gains...

Here is a few ideas from a TV informercial called 6 Week Body Makeover that I saw as I hung about 8 pounds from my penis in a set :) These ideas if for real (and I actually believe for some reason this information is real even if it comes from a informerical) can be a key factor in quickly getting gains for different people easily for everyone…

Here is a little introduction to the informercial. The 6 Week Makeover is yet another weight loss program being sold on TV. Bare with me though. The weight loss program says everyone is different as we in PE all know (we have said many times on Thunder’s this and that’s why some people gain faster length and girth gains then others as we theorize with PE), we all have different body types that were given to us by our parents genes. Now the main idea behind the program is figuring what body type (body chemistry) you have (A-E body types) then when you figure that out, you can move on to choosing certain foods to eat throughout the day till you go to sleep along with excersizing less to lose weight quickly.

The person who made the weight loss program appears on the show of course and what he explains is interesting. Basically what I remember is he said we all have different body types. If we know which body type we are and eat correctly the right foods that our body type likes for our metabolism then we will keep our body used to a rythem of constantly using our metabolism intelligently to burn fat and grow. He said when we skip meals and don’t eat the right foods for our body type we are slowing our metabolism dramatically and slowing growth (fat loss in this case). It all makes perfect sence to me…

Of course I don’t know exactly what foods to eat for certain body types, but this is where we will have to do some research on google or somewhere else to figure this out for PE and all the different body types we have.

What do everyone else think? If we figured this out we could have a tutorial for everyone or something like that here on Thunder’s teaching people how to pick the right foods for there body type to speed up PE gains. I admit this would be tough to demonstrate and prove but maybe there is some way to do it?

Seriously, there is literature on the subject (blood types play part in this as well, supposedly). But it seems like a tall order to first validate that this really works (the real scientists in the field don’t care about this) and then link it to PE workouts - not to mention that there are no real PE investigations published - a lot of work involved.

I sadly agree with you mgus on there probaly is too much work involved. Maybe we could build up some general information on this subject related to PE though. I might do some research later and report any good findings I find..

It seems that . If you eat some kind of food you can gain more quickly .

Do you guys have any recommended food which will help to gain .

Eating healthily is good for your body = your best bet for gains. Eating junk food is not good for your body = probably not good for gains. Except for that, I don’t think much more specific advice can be given for PE and food.

If you are searching for a magic pill, I am sorry I cannot be of help. You have to go to pay sites for that kind of help.

However, this cannot hurt and does probably do you good - although I don’t think it has any noticeable impact on PE: Benefits of Fish Oil

One good thing about PE for me is I have cut down on my alcohol intake and eat more vegatbles and fruit now since I started PE about 6 months ago. I love PE. :)

There have been discussions here in the past throwing around the idea that a diet low in vitamin C might be better for PE. It would be interesting to hear opinions now that we have many more members. Gains, Vitamin C, amount of work

I would postulate that good nutrition, combined with the kind of steady, unrelenting work that folks like Big Girtha promote, would be healthy and successful. If, for example, you get micro tears through stretching or hanging, then keep the healing cock at constant tension through golf weights, traction wrap some other ADS method, your good nutrition will mean those micro tears heal into a longer penis, faster.

PE for me has brought water into my life! Prior to PE I never drank water, unless it was a tad mixed in with a fine single-malt by way of a melting ice-cube. Hated water. Still do. But damn, I drink a boatload of it every day now.

Eroset, lol, I used to hate water just like you before PE and now I actually enjoy drinking it sometimes. Nothing like a ice-cold glass of water on a hot summer day. :)

Almost forgot… I somehow magically went from two pots of coffee a day to 1 or 2 cups per day! And the 6 or 7 cans of Diet Cherry Pepsi has gone down to one or none a day. Never would have guessed that it was my penis that would make me live a healthier lifestyle.
