TV weight loss nfomercial show gave me a idea for quick PE gains...
Here is a few ideas from a TV informercial called 6 Week Body Makeover that I saw as I hung about 8 pounds from my penis in a set :) These ideas if for real (and I actually believe for some reason this information is real even if it comes from a informerical) can be a key factor in quickly getting gains for different people easily for everyone…
Here is a little introduction to the informercial. The 6 Week Makeover is yet another weight loss program being sold on TV. Bare with me though. The weight loss program says everyone is different as we in PE all know (we have said many times on Thunder’s this and that’s why some people gain faster length and girth gains then others as we theorize with PE), we all have different body types that were given to us by our parents genes. Now the main idea behind the program is figuring what body type (body chemistry) you have (A-E body types) then when you figure that out, you can move on to choosing certain foods to eat throughout the day till you go to sleep along with excersizing less to lose weight quickly.
The person who made the weight loss program appears on the show of course and what he explains is interesting. Basically what I remember is he said we all have different body types. If we know which body type we are and eat correctly the right foods that our body type likes for our metabolism then we will keep our body used to a rythem of constantly using our metabolism intelligently to burn fat and grow. He said when we skip meals and don’t eat the right foods for our body type we are slowing our metabolism dramatically and slowing growth (fat loss in this case). It all makes perfect sence to me…
Of course I don’t know exactly what foods to eat for certain body types, but this is where we will have to do some research on google or somewhere else to figure this out for PE and all the different body types we have.
What do everyone else think? If we figured this out we could have a tutorial for everyone or something like that here on Thunder’s teaching people how to pick the right foods for there body type to speed up PE gains. I admit this would be tough to demonstrate and prove but maybe there is some way to do it?
