PE and Intense Aerobic Exercise

I’ve been doing PE for about two weeks now, but I am also training to complete a triathlon in October. This means that I am swimming 5-6 times a week for about 90 minutes, as my main form of exercise. However, I plan to incorporate running 3 times a week for about 45 minutes, and cycling 4 times a week for about an hour. Will this negatively affect my PE gains? So far I haven’t encountered any negative PIs, and I’ve been doing PE on a 5-on 2-off schedule.

Being in terrific physical condition is probably one of the best things you can do to support your PE efforts.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I don’t think doing cardio for those lengths of times will do anything to harm your PE efforts. It will only improve your cardiovascular system and should help with blood flow where you need it. There have been lots of recent studies however that have looked at how “extreme” amounts of cardio can negatively impact and decrease testosterone levels in men. I’m sure this impacts every man differently but something to keep an eye on and be aware of.
