PE and Intense Aerobic Exercise
I’ve been doing PE for about two weeks now, but I am also training to complete a triathlon in October. This means that I am swimming 5-6 times a week for about 90 minutes, as my main form of exercise. However, I plan to incorporate running 3 times a week for about 45 minutes, and cycling 4 times a week for about an hour. Will this negatively affect my PE gains? So far I haven’t encountered any negative PIs, and I’ve been doing PE on a 5-on 2-off schedule.
