Yes I can explain!
Step 1
I decided to register in 5 different PE forums and I went straight to PE report and gains area. Then I divided it in 5 categories. I know some of users combined two or three methods of PE to get results but just like in medicine there is always the main ingredients, so I stick with the main ingredients.
Step 2
I put each report method in the right categories, after that I counting them all.
Step 3
I gave 3 votes for any PE veteran gains because I consider them as “professors of PE”
Step 4
Conclusion: Most guys reported fast and visible gains using at least hanger for few months. Then lot of guys claimed to get good gains by manual exercises alone. With pump (solo) I find most users claiming to get temporary gains but once combining with jelq they got it to be a permanent ones. With stretchers device some report gain but most the end up quitting because of the pain.
Finally pills, I should give pills 0% because I did not find any guy reporting to get gain by using the pills alone, but I finding few claiming to gain when combine it with manual exercises and the best pill is Vimax according to them
