PE beginner questions
What’s up Thunder!
So I have been JELQing for 3 weeks now (but not really will explain why)
Started my first 2 weeks very heavy with 70 jelqs first day and adding 10 each day. I was also adding 1 second on kegel reps per day as well getting up to 9 second kegels for 50 reps. This completely killed my EQ and so I was advised to take a week off.
Now that I’m back at it my routine is now:
5 minute hot wrap: constant heat
5 minute, 30 second ea, manual stretches
40 JELQs, 3 seconds each
5 minute hot wrap
And 5 second kegels for 50 reps
Is this routine a good one? When should I increase jelqs? And about how long is it until I see erect gains? I have seen flaccid ones already but not expecting erect ones for what a few months?
Also from the jelqing videos provided by thunder, it says after jelqing you should hang fuller for a few hours. After I jelq and put on hot wrap, I go completely flaccid and smaller than usual flaccid size. (This is really only temporary but it does take a while for size to go back to normal) Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
And in regards to jelqing while erected or not, what is considered too erect. When I do my stretches that alone gets me semi erect, and when I start to jelq I become pretty full to the point where I don’t hang and I am upright as if I were erect, but I am not hard as if I were erect. Don’t know if I’m explaining that correctly. I’d say I’m about 70-80% erect while jelqing.
