I have a few questions about PE

I have a few questions about PE

Lots of men aren’t satisfied with their dick size, and I’m no exception.
The last time I put a tape measure to my dick was when I was about 15 or 16 and it measured roughly 5” x 5” length x girth.
I don’t think it has grown since then.

The moral behind my decision to come here is that I’m not the type of guy who settles for less when I can have more.

I have two main goals that I want to accomplish through enlarging my penis:
1. Increase my sexual confidence
2. Turn a girl on more

So I have a few questions for you guys before I get started with this.

What if I’m not fully grown yet? - I recently turned 18, but I’ve heard that guys don’t stop growing until they’re in their twenties.
Could PE interfere with the natural growth of my dick?

Does PE really work? - I’ve always heard that PE stuff (pills, extenders, pumps, etc.) are all scams. Can you actually make your dick bigger through exercising it like a muscle?

Is it possible to do exercises safely and not damage your dick?
I want to be as safe as possible. After all, this IS one of my favorite body parts.

My final question is, can somebody experienced help me set up a schedule for what exercises to do and help me plan out my PE?

I will dedicate myself 110%.

Absent scientific studies that have not been done yet, who knows?

I doubt it, if you PE reasonably, but how will you ever know, either way?

For what it’s worth, I wish I knew when I was 18 what you can learn now here.

Yes.

And you’re not exercising it like a muscle. No penis presses, no penis curls. It’s a different kind of exercise.

Yes.

Read up on PIs and EQ.

And remember, this is not something where if a little is good, a lot more is better.

Newbie Routine


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Wow Lampwick said it best, I do the newbie routine and use an x4 labs extender For 2-4 hours a day. There are tons of “tools” out there I.e. Hangers, pumps, extenders, ect ect ect. I suggest you stick to what you know (your hand) until you research more on each “tool”. Some are for more advanced PE’ers and some more beginerish. As you said it’s your favorite body so take it slow and condition. Tons of great info and not so great so read and get more than one opinion and take everything with a grain of salt. What may make someone grow big here may do nothing for you. Good luck!

I agree with Lampwick. However I sense a urgency in you. PE is a marathon and this can take a few years.

Please just jelq for now while you are so young, you won’t hinder natural growth unless you damage your penis.

Jelqing lightly can only help your penis reach it’s potential - and during the natural growth stage, you should get kick-ass results!


Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!
