Hello,

I’m just wondering if there are any known problems related to PE exercises. Reading about things like Jelqs doesn’t sound like the sort of thing that would do you penis a lot of good. Does nobody else think there is something not quite right about increasing blood pressure in your penis (it sounds like that’s what it does, in effect)?

I’m also wondering if stretching the ligament (?) that holds the penis in place changes the angle of your erection?

The only way I would consider doing this stuff is if your penis just increases in size, but retains all the qualities it had before like hardness, erection angle.. That sort of stuff.

There are Pros and Cons with PE, and when done correctly the PROS outweigh the CONS.

Stretching the ligament can change the erection angle, but in most cases it isn’t too much.

We aren’t selling you anything, it is up to you to do the exercises. No one will pressure you. If you do them right, your penis will not only gain in size, but it will be harder, and healthier.

Levellius, I’m pretty new to PE also, but I think I can answer a couple of your questions. First off, yes, Jelqing can be dangerous to your penis.. If you do it incorrectly that is. From what I understand, Jelqing does put some pressure on your penis which in turn causes micro-tears. If you don’t over do yourself and have plenty of rest days, your penis will naturally heal and in fact, get bigger. I consider it similar to working out your biceps or something. You are putting strain on your muscles, and I’m fairly certain (not a 100% though) that this causes slight tears in the muscle tissue. With proper rest, your muscle heals and in fact gets bigger (go figure). Jelqing helps improve the circulation to your penis, and it may give you better, harder erections (as with many of the PE exercises on this page).

Concerning the ligaments and erection angle, some of the more experienced members can help me out with this. However, I’ve been reading some on this site and I haven’t found a single thread yet about how someones dick is pointing straight to the left do to PE.

I believe PE is safe, if you do it correctly and don’t rush yourself. This is an excellent site because it not only has people who have done the techniques and can offer advice, it has helpful information if you think you’ve injured yourself. In my opinion if this place was unsafe or didn’t produce results, it wouldn’t be here! Hope everything goes well for you

I may be a sort of counter-cultural PE’er. My normal erection angle, for decades, was straight out, parallel to the floor. Now after some years of PE my angle is firmly at 2 o’clock and that is with a cock now with a lot more volume than before.

I had wondered if it might be similar to making muscles bigger. I think I read somewhere that there is no reason why tissue (is that correct? -Shocking knowledge!) in the penis should do the same thing as muscle fibres?

Also, is it possible to omit exercises that stretch the ligaments and still get decent gains? I’m more concerned about the ligaments than anything else, probably because of that latest bit of news going around that men can have their ligaments cut so their penis hangs better. The side effect being that erection angle is worsened. There isn’t really any decent knowledge or reasoning behind my concerns so feel free to persuade me otherwise!
