Cool, Thunder - thanks. What I do is basically this:
WARM UP - “very” warm rag while in shower for at least 5 minutes, then
STRETCHING - three sets of 15-second pulls (3 each: out, up, down, left, right, circle left, circle right), then
“SUPER STRETCH” - up for a 20 count while trying to hold kegel (3 sets), then
JELK - 100 slow reps (1-1000, 2-1000, 3-1000) alternating hands, then
JELK - 100 reps (1-and, 2-and, 3-and, etc.) alternating hands, then
STRETCH - a double set of similar stretches to above, but 10-seconds each, then
COOLDOWN with a warm rag for about 5 minutes.
I do this on a 3-on, 1-off schedule (which can get a bit discombobulated based on my day - i am a full-time pastor with strange hours) -
During the day, I do stretches when I hit the can, and sometimes will do other exercises in the evening to promote girth growth (what I need also).
That is my “regular” routine, and has been for a while … dam I wish I could see some results. I still have not even felt the “this is not my dick” sensation you all talk about.
