PE has actually improved my discoloration
Nearly a year and a half ago, I had surgery for an inguinal hernia on my right side. I had the misfortune of experiencing severe post-op hematoma. It was so bad that my scrotum filled with blood to reach the size of a large grapefruit. Not to mention the deep blue/black visual effect from there to the tip of my tallywacker. The doc said “sorry, it happens sometimes.. You’ll recover”. Yes, the blood did eventually reabsorb after a couple of months. But it left the skin very discolored. And there was an dull ache that never really went away.
The doctor had no solution. The last place I expected to find one was in a PE forum. I never knew they existed until I stumbled into this while researching my problem in the beginning of July. Nothing and nobody pointed here.. It was in fact a Google fluke. I started reading the forum and discovered interesting things that made me think about how I could apply jelqing as a therapy routine.
Long story short, it is working better than I imagined. There is still some (now lighter) discoloration on the underside of my penis, but much of the discoloration I had is either gone or fading fast. My wife has remarked about the pink coming back. And the ache has all buy disappeared. This vascular exercise seems to work and, in my case, in a healing and rehabilitative fashion.
My routine was to start with 40 strokes and add eight each successive session. I stopped adding at 240 because that seems to be a limit where I begin to feel uncomfortable. I also do kegels like crazy, and some intermittent static stretching. And always, lots of heating pad heat before and after (10+ minutes).
Oh, I forgot to mention. Although I’m not even measuring, I can tell I’ve gained a little weight down there, too. Most of all, I can’t get over the irony of my experience (so far, at least) the discoloration issue.
Nice place you got here, Thunder. Thank you and all participants for this candid and intelligent resource.
BTW, I just registered here as a member tonight. Be gentle, please.
