PE Journey Starts

I was doing a jelqing few months ago for a few weeks, didnt see any gains so was fed up.
Now I’m back after seeing all the posts from the veterans.

Week 1
Warmup 5 mins
Slow Jelqing for 150 reps (approx 15 minutes)
Hanging 2.5 kg for 2sets,15 minute followed by ADS for around 1-2 hours.
Kegel and RK -5sets 5reps 5sec hold

I can see little changes in my girth, FL is little longer I guess

Goals - 7.5” in length and maybe 6” in girth
