Hey, guys. It’s kind of a known fact that there are certain things that help with gains.
I’ve come across:

- Avoid caffeine - bad for EQ
- Avoid alchool - bad for EQ (in any quantity?)
- Exercise! - it increases whole body blood flow
- Water - a healthy amount of water consumption helps flaccid hang and not only

Any other aspect we should consider?

Yea,

I did remember when I use to do a lot of cardio I would get AMAZING boners. Isn’t quite the same when now even though I lift weight 4x a week but absolutely no cardio.

I think I’ll get back to doing cardio just for the sake of my cock. :)

Lots of cardio is really important.

I’m a guy who’s overweight after letting himself go.In my teens & early 20’s I was always very sporty & athletic & would always be in the gym or playing some sport but after about 26 I met my current gf & fell in love & just seem to let the sports go by the wayside. Now at 34 I’ve gone from 210 pounds of lean muscle to 280 of mostly fat & bad skin :(

The other by-product of letting yourself go is you lose some of your dick size & also EQ suffers.

So November 2008 I decided to make a change & have been back in the gym ever since & also eating healthy & out jogging whenever I get the chance. My weight’s gone from 280 to 245 & my skin’s improved & my EQ & dick size (mostly due to PE) is returning in abundance :)

My ultimate weight goal is 210-215 of pure muscle & my ultimate dick size is 8” x 7” NBPEL.

PE,exercise & a healthy lifestyle can give me all that & more!

I haven’t read anywhere here that caffeine being bad for EQ. It can be bad for flaccid hang.
I don’t think moderate alcohol consumption is bad for EQ.
Water and Exercise are important for overall body health.

Oh god, please be the authority on this one. I got a 50/50 on the previous list. I’m a booze and caffeine junkie. However I go to the gym regularly and do cardio. I drink water also.

I’m certainly no authority. Like I said, just haven’t read anywhere on here that caffeine adversely affects EQ just flaccid hang.

I consume too much coffee and don’t have any EQ problems. I have noticed during periods that I cut back my flaccid hang is better.

Overall Alcohol is not good for you. I drink a couple of glasses of red wine a day before dinner. Some beers over the weekend.

Hopefully some of the more knowledgeable members will chime in.

I have better than ever EQ on a constant basis, but I think I owe that all to good PE practices.

I’m an old fart that’s out of shape, exercises only two or three days a week, if I’m lucky, but don’t drink, and turned into a coffee junkie lately!

From what I know is, high salt intake hardens arteries over time, which would cause numerous health problems associated with blood flow.

Nicotine could definitely cause adverse effects on EQ, because it dangerously constricts blood vessels. I don’t do either, and I drink at least a gallon of water everyday.

I had my first kidney stone ten years ago, and my urologist told me “water is the best piece of exercise equipment you could use”, at least 1 ounces per every pound of body weight, that’s a lot of water!

Thanks for sharing, guys. I noticed also that drinks containing caffeine are making me turtle.

Thread moving forward. Does nutrition have anything to do with it? I’ve seen Para Goomba (I think) posting something about this a while ago.

When I first started PEing in October I was definitely an alcoholic. I would drink 1/2 bottle of whiskey or brandy a night while playing video games. I did this for the first month of my PE career. One day I got back from work and popped open the jack daniels and the smell of it made me vomit. That was about mid November and except for New Years eve and one Christmas party I have not had more than 2 drinks a week. My EQ has improved a good amount. Before when I was drinking if I got my erection up to 100% and I stopped stimulating it, within 5 seconds it would drop to about 50%. Now I can get an 80% erection by just looking at porn. I forgot to mention that I’m 23 by the way.

As far as the caffeine goes I’m not sure. I still drink about 20 oz of soda a day. I’m actually going to try and cut out caffeine completely and see what happens. I do feel that my EQ could be a lot better. I want to be able to get a 100% erection and be able to hold a 90% for like 30 seconds without having to manually stimulate my penis. I do however need to drink more water considering ow much I workout at the gym.

Green Tea contains an essential acid which I can’t remember sorry, but it actually works against the effects of caffeine on the body. I’ll see if I can find the article again.
Alcohol in moderation I would say is a good thing.

Red Wine and Whiskey are full of anti oxidants.
Red Wine has recently been found to contain a particular anti oxidant that repairs damaged DNA strands in your body which apparently slows down the aging process, and not to mention the positive effect it has on the heart and cardio vascular system.
1 Standard Glass of whiskey contains the equivalent anti oxidant levels of two cups of green tea, but that’s not to say 10 cups of whiskey is better then 10 cups of tea :)
Beer contains iron and I think the other was zinc. Both are good for the body in developing blood platelets and zinc allows your liver to digest proteins more effectively.

Garlic is the best for general health and sexual health. I personally eating 2 cloves of garlic every day.

I m swallow them in small pieces and I don’t have any problem with breath.. :D

And the best is that after the garlic swallow I need to drink 3-4 glass of water that help also help the system ;)

Garlic is a decent ‘sex food’ but remember the nutrient you want from garlic is ONLY released when it is chopped!
So munching on big cloves of the stuff is absolutely useless.
