PE Newbie
I am loooking around and trying to learn the terminology to effectively track progress.
I need a little instruction on measuring the following:
Length (Bone pressed?), Girth, Lot, and whatever else.
What is BPEL and EG? I see it alot.
I apologize if the questions seem a bit novice.
I have read several of the techniques and right now my routine is strictly dry jelqing with 100 strokes (reps) in the morning shower and a 100 in the evening. I plan to take a day off every 3 days. But I have barely been dong this a week.
