Hey everyone!
Quick question regarding days I know I’ll be having sex. Do you avoid PE on these days? Lower the intensity of the routine?

I don’t have a partner but I date a lot, and I’m under the impression that date day (when sex is a given) should probably be an off day.


Starting Stats - BPEL 6.5", MEG 5.2"

[Accomplished] Short-Term Goal - BPEL 7.5", MEG 5.2"

Final Goal - BPEL 8", MEG 5.5"

I would agree. Some people think it helps, but I’m careful not to do PE if I think that I’ll have sex during the day.

It would primarily depend on if you need recovery time between PE and sex. I regularly pump followed not long after by sex.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I find no EQ drops whatsoever when I have to get bone hard. Maybe I am not training enough?

This was a major concern almost 2 months ago, and I took time off of PE if I knew the wife and I would be “knocking boots” any time soon. I sometimes struggled to maintain proper EQ with her, for anything beyond 10 minutes; even worse, if had done my PE routine.

Presently, I no longer worry, and sometimes unhook the hanger, and walk into our bedroom… All is now well and 30-45 minute sessions no longer come with concerns about “performance”.

Not to detail your thread, but in this situation, I feel that ditching porn 6 weeks ago was instrumental.

BPEL 6-3/4" MEG 5-1/4" on 8-2021. Goal: 7-3/4" to 8"BPEL x 5-1/2" MEG

5'-11" and 190# and working back down to decent ab definition. I expect this around 178#.
