PE Questions
I tried PE exercises about 11 years ago with no success, I’m sure I wasn’t doing it properly and stopped. Fast forward to November 2019 after several months of the inability to maintain an erection I at 61 was diagnosed with a moderate, bordering on severe, ED with also slightly low testosterone. After being put on Cialis I was able to maintain through climax making me a happy man again as well as my wife. The only problem I found was my size had shrunk in both length and girth.
A few months later I read about Bath-mate and purchased the Extreme model. After months of use, I stopped using it as I always had severe edema and since my gains were minimal at best I thought why put up with it. After a few weeks I noticed those minimal gains vanished so I figured I am what I am, a man that has never felt he measured up.
A few months ago I was reading about penis extenders and decided to buy the Andropenis a few weeks ago. I am now on day 8 of the adaptation period and although it’s too early to have gains I have noticed my erection feels firmer and the climax is stronger, I am sure it’s endorphins or something and probably not related to the device but I hold onto hopes it is.
I found this site a few days ago and my interest in PE exercises were peaked again. I have an issue that I hope someone has found an answer for, I have arthritis in both hands that is giving me problems with almost all exercises. I have the dexterity to put on and wear my device but very little when it comes to the exercises. Any advise would be appreciated.
