PE Theory Thoughts

PE Theory Thoughts

Okay, even though the penis isn’t a muscle, it is attached to muscles and it can grow like a muscle. I notice that lots of people do PE every day with a day or two of rest on the weekend. Just like any muscle, it needs rest. Wouldn’t it be logical to do PEing every other day or every 3rd day since “damaged cells” take time to heal? I guess if people are making great gains, then keep on going, but just trying to use logic.

Any thoughts about this? Anyone make better/worse gains by doing PE every other day or every 3rd day?

Don’t take this the wrong way, but your thinking doesn’t even make sense. Since it is attached to “muscle” it can grow like muscle? Using this logic, if I strap a Chia pet to my dick, will it grow 2 inches overnight?

The penis needs time to heal, but taking 2-3 days off is overkill. 1 hard day on, 1 light day, and so on is more than enough.

I never said “since it is attached to a muscle, it can grow like a muscle”. I said “It is attached to muscles AND it can grow like a muscle”. Everything in our body is made up of proteins. When you cut yourself, you need time to heal. If you give yourself the slightest cut, how long does it take to heal? A week maybe? More? That is why I am asking. Who is to say 2-3 days off is overkill? Where is the science / proof? That is why I’m asking for people that have experienced better gains or worse gains by doing more/less PEing.

Just like guys that do curls and bench presses every day or every other day. They never grow because they over do it. Some of the biggest and strongest guys in the world work their chest once a week and other bodyparts only once a week. Too much damage can be counterproductive and/or can result in non-maximal gains.

Me.

My experiences, and the experiences of thousands on this website.

And this disqualifies me how?

That’s my opinion, you don’t have to agree with it, but don’t shoot it down either.

I didn’t know that you experienced slower gains when you took 2-3 days off. You never said. If you never tried taking that many days off, how do you know it isn’t better? I’m not shooting down your opinion, but, how can you have an opinion about something you never tried?? That doesn’t make one bit of sense.

You’ll hear a lot of similar language in PE to bodybuilding language e.g. Sets, reps, off days, supplements etc. But don’t make the assumption that bodybuilding theory works for PE. The penis is not a muscle. It’s mainly spongy tissue. So while you can make certain analogies between the two fields, be careful where you draw parallels.

I totally understand, but, take any part of the body (muscle, ligament, skin, bone, etc.) and when the proteins are damaged, they need to be replaced and that takes time. When you cut yourself, it takes time to heal.

Again, just wondering if anyone has had any good/bad experiences from taking more time off or stepping it up a notch. Either way.

PE works on the principle of stretch until the stretch becomes permanent more then anything else. Your cock has a size memory and the best way to change that memory is to spend as much time in the stretched state, until the deformation becomes permanent. By taking too much time off, you allow your cock to always return to it’s original size memory. So you want to string your workouts together so you can build off of the previous days result. The key is to keep your workouts in the moderate range so you don’t cause so much damage as to make daily workouts more of a detriment then a help. It is a slow but steady process.

The tears your muscles go through are larger than the microtears in PE. Since they are quite smaller, they don’t take near as long to heal.

I’ve tried a lot in PE. More than most and less than some, but I’ve experienced a lot. I had to in order to find the “sweet spot” in my routine. That can take awhile with a lot of failed routines before you find the one that best suits you. I’ve never met someone that had better gains from only working out every 3 days.

Thanks guys for the help :)
