Okay, I have never used weights after my workout and I have had a lot of success. I just make sure that my tunica/ligs are sore before I stop and they remain sore for me until the next day. If I used any more weight than that, my penis would literally fall off. Last time it took a whole roll of duct tape, what a pain.
However, if you only do the prescribed light hanging and only achieve light fatigue, I would say you could hang some weights afterwards to keep those ligaments/tunica stretched out as much as possible. For those of you who do not know, I believe the reason why you hang weight after is because after stretching out the penis, it tends to retract much like a rubber band which has been stretched. The longer you pull on the rubber band the more “plastic deformation” that happens, meaning more gains.
In conclusion, I would say it is weight vs. intensity. As to where you fall on that scale is up to you.
