I’ve started hanging and was wondering how important golf/pe weights we’re after a session? Or the use of and ads. If I need to keep it stretched I’d prefer the golf weights.
Anyone have any opinions?

I anxiously await the responses to this question. I’ve used golf weights, but got tired of people always checking out my crotch (they’re not invisible, at least not on my body).

Currently I use nothing. Bib never used ADS, but he hanged basically all day, so he really didn’t need to bother.

I don’t use them. I do have some though.

Okay, I have never used weights after my workout and I have had a lot of success. I just make sure that my tunica/ligs are sore before I stop and they remain sore for me until the next day. If I used any more weight than that, my penis would literally fall off. Last time it took a whole roll of duct tape, what a pain.

However, if you only do the prescribed light hanging and only achieve light fatigue, I would say you could hang some weights afterwards to keep those ligaments/tunica stretched out as much as possible. For those of you who do not know, I believe the reason why you hang weight after is because after stretching out the penis, it tends to retract much like a rubber band which has been stretched. The longer you pull on the rubber band the more “plastic deformation” that happens, meaning more gains.

In conclusion, I would say it is weight vs. intensity. As to where you fall on that scale is up to you.

PE Weights or not

Well guys, I just got some less than a week or two ago and have been wearing them pretty consistanly. As a matter of fact, I’m wearing them right now. I believe that they help because after I’ve worn them for several hours I then hang heavy weight. It seems to me that the heavy weight takes less time to reach the stage of fatigue if you have been lightly fatigueing the muscle/tendons for hours through out the day prior to hanging. So far I can manage 4hrs on 2hrs off then three hours on.. ( Hang somewhere in between there.). Definitely a flaccid difference but still not sure about the EL.. Will measure in two months to see.. Wish me luck

Oh a great comfort hint;

Go to home depot and get some Armacell pipe insulation. It really helps with the long term ADS and theres no bandage stickyness.. It comes in a roll of 6ft (overkill I know) but it only cost like 3 bucks.

Sorry guys, I have used the search key to read up on “golf weights”. I read all sorts of discussion, but I simply can’t find out exactly WHAT they are. Forgive my lame ignorance, and let me know what a golf weight is, and tell me I don’t have to wear checkered pants with them!

Golf weights are sold at sporting goods stores and places like Walmart. They are used at the end of a golf club for practicing. Here’s a thread with pictures as to how they can be worn for PE use. Hmm, could someone tell me how do you use those weights when playing golf? Can I get those from normal sport shop?


Before PE: NBPEL 5.50" x EG 4.30"

Current: NBPEL 6.50" (BPEL 7.5") x EG 4.6" (head EG 5")

Goal: NBPEL 7.00" x EG 5.25"

What if you are mostly sitting in a chair all day? These weights would be of little use then, right? Better to use something like a Penimeister?
