Penimaster Pro Hanging routine? For GIRTH
[ Is it OK to do regular PMP stretching right after hanging with PMP ? ]
Hi everyone,
I recently bought a PMP (Penimaster Pro) and been using it for 1.5 months now.
I believe I already made some gains - from 6.5” to 6.7-7” NBPEL, but I might also just have done the measurements incorrectly in the beginning. Also I got these measurements only with the highest possible EQ, which is not always there.
GIRTH
However my main goal is girth. I believe I also measured the girth incorrectly: 5.11” BEG -> 5.6” now, which seems to be a too fast gain. But the girth and the penis look more massive now for sure with good erection.
HANGING + PMP
Now I’ve read that hanging can give more base girth, so I want to do this combined routine every day:
15 min hanging with PMP 3 lbs + right after that I want to do regular usage of PMP for 2-3h.
—> all this 3 times a day, so I have 45 min hanging and 6-8 h PMP stretching in total.
Note: I want to do exclusively passive girth routines, like hanging, because jelqing, manual exercises & co. Are too time consuming and I doubt if the gains are permanent and safe.
Question:
Is it OK to do regular PMP stretching right after hanging with PMP ? Or is it not safe to do one after the other? Has someone done it already, which girth / length results ?
