Does ejaculation affect the gains ? Or doing semen retention will help me boost my gains ?

I don’t know if it increases gains, but definitely increases my libido, EQ and general “pumped” feeling. It leads me to a better PE workout.

I have been feeling my penis is bit more grithy during semen retention.

I fuck as much as I can as often as I can, usually daily and often twice a day. Never give up sex for PE. Wrong priority in my opinion.

But if you think it helps you then go for it. There’s a lot of value in positive attitude.

I agree with Brawndo. Better EQ, better PE workouts, better life overall. Be careful though if you quit porn as well, because you may become a little bit too horny around pretty much anyone who doesn’t have a dick down there. Yeah semen retention increases focus as well I was badly addicted to pornography, I am not completely away from it but still started to practice semen retention

I don’t think it does specifically, but on the other hand if you cum too often you will tire your dick out and you may become smaller. This is usually due to dick being tired and starved of necessary nutrients, hormones etc. that are contained in semen and expelled during ejaculation. That in my opinion is the reason one has better results when he chooses to retain..

This is true. Over stressing your dick, no matter the source, will lead to poorer EQ and poorer results from your PE sessions. Always pay attention to your PI’s and modify your dick focused activity if needed. I personally reduce my PE sessions so they dont negatively impact sex, others may choose a different course. That choice may also be influenced where an individual is in achieving their PE goals.

What do you all with the statment that says that using the extender after doing a jelq session will fatigue the penis ??? I hear all your opinions

Too much PE activity will over stress your penis. Only you will know if that is the case. If you jelq and extend then have poor PI’s the solution will be to reduce how much you are doing. You can get your penis conditioned to do multiple activities, it just takes time to do so.
