Hard to control erections when trying to PE, Semen retention

So I’ve been inconsistent in the last month or so after gaining half an inch and I’ve been trying to go back to PE but when ever I’ve tried to for example stretching, I’d get a little hard and I can’t stretch or continue my stretching routine for Newbies. Been really frustrating whenever I touch my penis it gets hard like a little horny and want anyone to give some advice or tips on handling that. And I’ve been abstaining from porn and ejaculating for 3 weeks now due to practicing semen retention.

That thing has a hair trigger after a few weeks.

Wait for it to subside and then continue. With all that stored sexual energy, the slightest sexual association fires up the cannon. If you wait for it to subside and then continue over and over again, the mind will learn you’re doing PE and not anything sexual.

It’s normal to get some swell while stretching, as long as it stays less than about 30-50%, I just keep stretching.

Testosterone and sexual energy will build for the first 7-10 days before hitting a plateau, then falling steadily for subsequent weeks.

That hair trigger problem will be resolved when you have successfully reduced your libido. I have no evidence to back this up but when I tried I found the lowered t/libido when against my efforts but hurting the power of my erections. It might still be possible to gain though.
